Landscape Design 

We offer customized full landscape design packages tailored to your specific needs. Complete and scaled drawings save you time and money and help get your ideas into a cohesive plan to be installed by a landscape contractor or implemented over time.

 Includes:

• Free on-site meeting to bid the project (20-30 minutes-Socially Distant or Virtual)

• 2 to 3 computer-drafted scaled layout options

• 1 layout and plant materials meeting (In person or virtual)

• Finalized layout plans with dimensions (Virtual)

• Planting Plan with alpha codes

• Plant Palette Sheet with pictures, names & codes

• Organized by landscape area (front & back or more complex for larger properties)

• Any other miscellaneous information pertaining to the design including any arbor & fencing pictures, custom iron work design, concrete colors and paver suggestions, etc.

Bid by project but range from $600-$2000 depending on design needs. (Payment Schedule included in the proposal for design services.
We require 20% non-refundable down to get on schedule, 60% due at layout meeting, and final 20% upon completion of bid.)
